Terms of Purchase

All behaviors such as browsing product pages, adding commodities to shopping carts, submitting order information and completing payment settlement implemented by users on the e-commerce platform will be regarded as full recognition and voluntary acceptance of all constraint clauses recorded in the terms of purchase. These purchase terms constitute a legally valid transaction agreement reached between individual purchasers and the platform operation subject when each commodity transaction is generated. Users need to fully read and understand the specific constraint content of each clause before initiating any commodity payment behavior. If users cannot agree with part or all of the provisions in the purchase terms, they should terminate all order operation behaviors on the platform actively. The platform reserves the right to adjust partial clause content appropriately according to actual operation demands, and the updated clauses will take effect synchronously after being displayed on the platform page formally.

Users bear the full responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of all personal information and receiving address data filled in during the order submission process. Users must submit real and available recipient receiving addresses, valid recipient names and normally reachable contact information to prevent parcel delivery failure, goods loss or logistics return caused by false, incomplete or wrong address information. The platform will not bear any economic loss and after-sales processing cost arising from user self-filled incorrect order information. Users shall not use the platform transaction system to submit false orders, malicious bulk order brushing behaviors and abnormal order behaviors with the purpose of damaging the normal operation order of the platform. Once the platform identifies malicious abnormal order behaviors, it has the right to cancel the corresponding order transaction records unilaterally.

The unified settlement currency for all commodity transactions on the platform is United States Dollar, and all commodity marked prices displayed on product detail pages are denominated in US dollars uniformly. Users need to complete order fund payment through third-party formal payment channels supported by the platform within the valid payment time limit after generating order bills. Once the payment fund is successfully credited to the platform designated settlement account, the order will officially enter the warehouse processing queue. Payment funds that are not successfully paid within the specified time will lead to automatic invalidation of pending orders, and the corresponding goods inventory will be released synchronously. All payment security is undertaken by formal third-party payment institutions, and the platform will not directly collect and store any user payment card sensitive information in the server database.

The ownership of cosmetic commodities included in a single order is formally transferred from the platform operation side to the purchasing user at the moment when the logistics carrier signs for the parcel and marks the delivery status as successfully received. Before the completion of parcel delivery confirmation, the legal ownership of all physical goods in the order belongs to the platform operation party, and users only possess the expected right to obtain the commodities through normal logistics transportation. During the transit period of goods from warehouse outbound to user receiving, the platform bears the risk loss liability of goods damage and loss caused by conventional logistics accidents under normal circumstances. After the user signs for the parcel successfully, the storage, use and preservation risks of the purchased goods shall be borne by the user themselves fully.

Users are prohibited from using the purchased cosmetic commodities obtained through platform transactions for secondary commercial resale, large-scale wholesale distribution and other commercial profit-making behaviors without formal written authorization. Users shall not use the platform network access channel to carry out network attack behaviors, data crawling and illegal data acquisition behaviors against the platform server system. The platform has the right to shield the access authority of users who seriously violate the purchase terms and damage the normal operation order of the platform. The platform shall not be liable for indirect losses such as personal use discomfort caused by users’ inappropriate matching and incorrect use of purchased cosmetic products under the premise that the commodity itself has no quality defects confirmed by official inspection standards.
